Kith is proud to announce its official partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation to create the New Balance Made in USA 998 - Broadacre City, a silhouette celebrating its 35th anniversary and Wright’s revered architectural sketches.
The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, named after the visionary architect, aims to inspire discovery and appreciation for an architecture for better living through meaningful connections to nature, the arts, and each other. The Foundation is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona at Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s last winter home and studio. The campaign is shot on location and features Taliesin West staff members.
The Ronnie Fieg & Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation for New Balance Made in USA 998 - Broadacre City features a classic mesh upper, alongside pigskin suede & hairy suede overlay panels, adding a varied sense of texture to the design. The model is offered in two unique colorways, highlighting creamy white alongside earthy brick red, warm apricot, and olive green–hues pulled from the architectural sketches and models of Wright’s futuristic city concept, Broadacre City.
These models will have an early release tomorrow at Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona. Located at 12621 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pop-up will be held inside the Cabaret Theater and will be open from 9AM - 12PM MST, while supplies last. Any remaining units after 12PM MST will be available to purchase at Taliesin West’s gift shop.
