Ronnie Fieg x Fracap RF120 Hiking Boots
Coinciding with the release of KITH Ops this Friday, Ronnie Fieg debuts his first collaboration with Italian boot brand Fracap. Founded in 1848, Fracap's foundation is built on quality, a philosophy that Ronnie Fieg also embodies. The duo make subtle yet significant changes to the staple M120 Hiking Boot silhouette to create two exquisite models.
Retitled the RF120 (symbolic of Fieg's initials), this silhouette stands atop a Vibram Flex sole unit that Fieg has applied a guardalo welt for added protection. The guardalo welt is a classic boot element that has gone away over time. Its scalloped design shields the inside of the boot from the outside elements, thus delivering a longer lasting boot. The upper is crafted from smooth-finished luxe Italian leather and lined with genuine shearling. Other details include a gusseted tongue with protective overlay, marled laces, metal D-ring eyelets and grommets, and debossed Ronnie Fieg tongue branding. The RF120 is offered in both Cream and Tan colorways, which are both accompanied by a second lace option.
The Ronnie Fieg x Fracap RF120 Hiking Boots release the day after KITH Ops, which is this Saturday, November 14 at 11AM EST at both Kith shops and KithNYC.com. Retail is priced at $275 USD.
